Bones for Life™ – 4 week series – Ongoing Monthly
Have osteoporosis, osteopenia or do you just want to feel more confident and in balance? This series of ongoing classes is an easy way to rebuild your skeleton and ease pain or discomfort. Through this course we will help retrain your nervous system to move more organically. Your bones will support you in a new way and create new bone in different places. You will notice changes in movement and relaxation after the first class.

LECTURES
Sachiye is available for Body Talk Lectures for any group of 10 or more. These lectures can be 1 to 1-1/2 hours in length and can easily fit into a lunch hour. Please contact to arrange.
