    The listed hours are for regularly scheduled appointments. Extended hours, including nights and weekends, are available on an as needed basis. Please contact us if you have any questions or special needs.

  • FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS

    Please fill out the Registration Form prior to your first appointment so that goals, symptoms and prior history establish a starting point for your session.

    It is recommended that you wear loose-fitting clothing made of natural fibers (cotton, silk or wool are best) and remove any batteries and electronics.

    A Body Talk session usually lasts between 15 to 40 minutes.  If other modalities are indicated, the session may go longer.  The duration of a session is not indicative of the quality of the session or of the results that occur.  The client’s body will determine when the session is complete and establish a time when the client needs to return for a follow-up session.

  • PHONE SESSIONS

    If you are unable to travel to the clinic, you can still get a distance session via Facetime. Distance or phone sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Please allow adequate time and create a quiet space for you to experience the session, regular session rates apply, and phone sessions must be pre-paid.

  • PAYMENT

    Due in full at the end of appointment, we accept cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.

  • CANCELLATION POLICIES

    24 hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
